We can design the tooling for you or work with your manufacturing team to build to your design. Nymar has very short lead times and keeps hundreds of blanks on the shelf for most of the more popular size heads to aid in very quick turn-around. In many cases timing is critical and if tooling needs to be adjusted we can flip in normally in one day. The staff has designed and processed plastic bottles and can support your efforts to minimize the start up of any container. Our equipment can manufacturing tooling from 1 inch diameter up to 16 inch diameter for a 10 lb shot head.
